The truly amazing effects Balance oil has in our blood stream!

Here’s a the thing…you can definitely use oils in the moment for head stuff, breathing, calming, etc. but using them preventatively is where the magic is. ✨

•try a drop on your wrists and take several deep breathes of this blend before you head into a store during the Christmas season. Also before you take off for your commute during rush hour.

•try this in your diffuser with serenity for calming sleep or around anxious pets. Yes it’s safe, just leave the doors open so they can leave a room if they want too. You can also apply to there backs and tips of ears.

•try a couple drops in some Epsom salts and baking soda for a relaxing bath experience.

•try a couple drops on a cotton ball in your intimates drawer, in your air vents in your car or on the towels you put away in the linen closet.

•try a drop on the back of the neck of kiddos before they leave for school in the morning. If they need a little mold boost at lunch have a cotton ball with a couple drops in their lunch box.

Gratitude Challenge - Day 4

Wow, Day 4 already! It’s been a fantastic week and I’m so thankful for those who’ve subscribed and joined as well as those joining in daily on FB and Instagram!

Today we hashed over what it looks like to practice self care and why that truly is important but also not forgetting to practice service for others and ideas to make that feasible in this closed off world right now.

Gratitude Challenge - Day 3

My favorite day of the challenge so far! It’s all about the ability, the power to re-train our brain, our thoughts, our emotions, how we react and the BELIEF that is learned from these things.

Also, can we just talk about the BOGO’s so far this week?! They’ve been amazing and Day 3 is no different! Copaiba is something we use every day in our house from adults to kids to dogs! We use it on our knees, back, shoulder, feet, internally too! Our dogs get it for pain as well as its super calming effects. Check out a little more about it here.

Dragging at 9am?!

Every have those days you feel like you’re dragging and it’s only 9 in the morning? 🙋🏻‍♀️ Ha, feels like the norm for 2020? Yeah, pretty much! 🤣

I have been working on getting back into my preferred get up around 6, grab my coffee, read and then be ready when the kids get up at 7. I love how this makes me feel ready for the day…and I always feel way more productive by the end of the day.

Anyway, today I’m dragging because yesterday we spent almost the whole day outside and my body, apparently, is not use to so much fresh air!
