Meet Paul and Kristin Mayo

Hello...Welcome to Essentials Everyday!  We are Blue Diamond leaders with doTERRA with a  team that has reaches across the globe, serving over 6,000 people!  

Our journey with doTERRA began just over 4 years ago and what a wild, inspiring ride it's been!  

Paul works in Anasthesia as a CRNA at several hospitals and surgery centers in our area.  He didn't start out a believer in oils, quite the opposite, but has since come full circle sharing oils with everyone he meets.

I started doTERRA as a favor for a friend putting a "class" together and falling in love with the smell, I didn't think they really worked yet.  I got my first few bottles and Sara kept working to convince me to "do this with her".  It didn't take much to convince me to try the business out, especially after I witness first hand the oils working on myself and my kids!  After a few months Paul joined me and started using them...in a few short months (11 to be exact) we hit Diamond!  

Now as Blue Diamonds our journey just keeps on going...what an amazing, wild, miracle filled ride this has been...but we've only just begun!  Curious what this could look like for you? Check out this short video "Could you do this?" along with "Find your purpose."

With a every growing, global team of thousands of Leaders and Customers we are always doing something fun or incorporating business trainings to meet every need.  

The summer of 2017 our larger Tribe, hosted by my upline Presidential Diamonds Matt and Sara Janssen , met together for our first ever Tribe Retreat.  Learning from amazing speakers like Tiffany Peterson and Jen Poulson + plus the Tribe's own Platinum, Diamond and Blue Diamond's!  

This previous spring we met with our local Nebraska team plus other team members from across the US and even globally for a retreat weekend!  Over 100 people gathered for learning, inspiration, growth, and community.  Among the honored guest speakers we had the privilege to Skype with our amazing uplines Natalie Goddard and Sara Janssen.  We were graced with the presence of Jen Poulson, who started works in people that weekend, by helping us to identify and tear down blocks in our lives, that has had a ripple effect to this present day!  Jeremie Brecheisen made us laugh until our sides hurt but also made great points helping each of us to think about how and why we lead the way we do and how to meet the needs individually of each of our team members.  What a fantastic weekend to remember and reflect upon.    Check out a recap (video) of our event here:  Essentials Everyday Tribe
