Gratitude Challenge - Day 4

Wow, Day 4 already! It’s been a fantastic week and I’m so thankful for those who’ve subscribed and joined as well as those joining in daily on FB and Instagram!

Today we hashed over what it looks like to practice self care and why that truly is important but also not forgetting to practice service for others and ideas to make that feasible in this closed off world right now.

Hope you enjoy the replay!

Don’t forget the awesome BOGO’s going on this week in doTERRA too! Another special oil not sold in the US or Canada…Northern Escape! This could definitely become a personal favorite of mine.

Gratitude Challenge - Day 3

My favorite day of the challenge so far! It’s all about the ability, the power to re-train our brain, our thoughts, our emotions, how we react and the BELIEF that is learned from these things.

Also, can we just talk about the BOGO’s so far this week?! They’ve been amazing and Day 3 is no different! Copaiba is something we use every day in our house from adults to kids to dogs! We use it on our knees, back, shoulder, feet, internally too! Our dogs get it for pain as well as its super calming effects. Check out a little more about it here.

Air-X is one not sold in the US or Canada so we’re new to this gem but doesn’t the sound of Tangerine, Cardamon, Grapefruit, Litsea and Frankincense sound amazing?!

Gratitude Challenge - Day 2

Mmm, so we talked about our brain dump journaling yesterday and starting our gratitude list! Today we’re taking it a little further, talking about some specifics ways to be mindful of your gratitude list, and what a bullet journal looks like to me and how you can use it in this gratitude challenge.

Gratitude Challenge - Day 1 + BOGO Week!

Woohoo! We kicked off our Gratitude Challenge with some awesome content AND it’s BOGO week! Check out the video and be sure to register for the insider content over at here.

And what about BOGO week? What does that even mean? Ever so often doTERRA blesses us with some amazing deals called BOGO’s (buy one get one) and recently they up’d the excitement by offering a BOGO box on the first day! The BOGO box generally sells out within the first 24hours but allows you to purchase all 5 days of BOGO’s for one shipping price. While the option to purchase oils individually is still an option each day this year they’ve added some fun by offering two oils not sold in the US or Canada! Eeep! So exciting!

If you’re ready to get started you can always shop on my doTERRA page or you can click this link for today’s BOGO box (it waives the membership fee, offers you 25% off for a year, gives you exclusive perks and content - including free oils, and so much more) here - remember it’s only available while supplies last!

Train your mind...

Train your mind to see the good in everything. Positivity is a choice. The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts.

When I was a young mom of toddlers I often had to take a step away, take a deep breathe, apply/breathe in some oils in order to speak or react kindly.
.
My grandma was amazing at this...she always spoke kindly, never said a bad word about anyone, everyone who met her left changed. People say I’m like my grandma...if I could only have half of the kind heart she had I’d be a better human.
.
This morning I prayed to be kind, to choose kindness, to see the good, to choose positivity. It’s not easy and it’s a retraining of a lazy brain but cheers to a new day, a new Monday and a new week to work on this! 💫
